01Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall business strategy to achieve premium, revenue, and profitability targets.
Drive business across Retail, Corporate, SME, Health, Motor, Life, Group, and Commercial Insurance segments.
Build strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, OEMs, Corporates, and other distribution partners.
Develop and manage robust relationships with insurance companies for product onboarding, commercial negotiations, and business growth.
Lead and mentor the sales, business development, and partnership teams to achieve organizational goals.
Identify current business prospects and expand distribution channels to accelerate growth.
Drive digital insurance initiatives and work closely with the technology team to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, company policies, and internal governance standards.
Represent the organization in meetings with insurers, regulators, strategic partners, and key corporate clients.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. .
