Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for supporting end-to-end business loan processing activities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will help manage funding workflows, organize documentation, and contribute to building scalable processes for commercial lending operations.
Process commercial financing applications, including SBA loans, SBA Express loans, working capital loans, business lines of credit, business credit cards, equipment financing, and other business funding products.
Collect, review, organize, and validate borrower documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Prepare loan files for submission while verifying lender requirements and documentation standards.
Monitor application progress, track funding milestones, and communicate updates throughout the loan lifecycle.
Coordinate with lenders, funding partners, and financial institutions as needed.
