National Sales Head Business Loans Location: Pune About the Role Our client, one of India's leading NBFCs, is looking for an accomplished National Sales Head Business Loans to build, scale and lead its Business Loans vertical. The role demands a proven leader with a robust track record in commercial/MSME lending, capable of driving national growth, building high-performing sales teams and delivering a profitable, high-quality loan portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead the national strategy for Business Loans and drive business growth across geographies. Build and scale the Business Loans franchise with end-to-end ownership of sourcing, disbursements and portfolio growth. Develop and manage a high-performing sales and distribution network (branches, DSAs, connectors and strategic partners). Drive customer acquisition in the MSME/commercial segment with annual turnover up to 100150 Crores . Grow a healthy portfolio with ticket sizes up to 1015 Crores , while ensuring solid portfolio quality and risk discipline. Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Operations and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experience and sustainable business growth. Candidate Profile 1220 years of experience in Business/Commercial/MSME Lending within Banks or NBFCs. Minimum 5 years of experience in a National Sales Head (or equivalent pan-India leadership) role. Demonstrated success in building and scaling secured/unsecured business lending portfolios. Robust leadership, distribution-building and stakeholder management capabilities. Proven ability to consistently deliver growth while maintaining portfolio quality. Qualification MBA / CA or equivalent skilled qualification. .
