Business Manager - HRMS & Payroll Solutions (Kochi)

Manvish has established a strategic partnership with a premier provider of comprehensive HRMS and payroll processing solutions. We are seeking a highly driven Business Manager to take the helm of this dedicated, exclusive business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling these offerings, driving the go-to-market strategy, and securing new B2B partnerships and clients. You will ensure this vertical becomes a primary driver of growth by transforming how local businesses manage their workforce and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Vertical Leadership & P&L;: Take full ownership of this newly established partnership vertical, managing the business plan, revenue targets, and overall profitability. - Business Development & Sales: Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles, targeting HR Directors, CFOs, and business owners to adopt our robust payroll and HRMS platforms. - Principal Partnership Management: Act as the strategic bridge between Manvish Info Solutions and our principal HRMS partner, ensuring our local sales, marketing, and implementation efforts align perfectly with overarching standards and global best practices. - Market Expansion: Capitalize on our initial market entry by identifying new industry verticals and designing targeted campaigns to rapidly scale our client base. - Implementation Oversight: Oversee the seamless onboarding of current clients, coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate payroll configuration, smooth data migration, and high ongoing client satisfaction. Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field; an MBA or specialized HR qualification is highly preferred. - 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business management, with a mandatory background in selling HRMS, HRIS, or payroll processing software. Skills Required - Deep understanding of human resources workflows, payroll processing complexities, and Indian statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, labor laws). - Proven track record of taking a new product line, partnership, or business vertical and scaling it to achieve significant revenue growth. - Exceptional executive-level presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and compliance value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
