: this role sits at the intersection of operations and finance where execution meets decision-making. While were happy to train you on the business operations side, a strong foundation in finance is essential for this role.
What youll be responsible for:
Maintaining day-to-day books (sales, expenses, purchases, bank reconciliation)Supporting GST and compliance work (with CA coordination)Tracking cash flow and preparing a basic monthly P&LWorking on product-level costing, margins, and pricing decisionsMonitoring inventory from a financial lens (dead stock, slow movers)Creating MIS reports across sales, inventory, and marketing spends, and drawing insightsManaging Shopify end-to-end (product uploads, collections, pricing, updates)Structuring products (titles, descriptions, variants, tags) to improve conversionSetting up discounts, campaigns, and landing pagesHandling inventory tracking and ensuring smooth order flowManaging marketplace operations (Myntra/Nykaa)
Qualification:
Only apply if you have prior exposure to accounting either through an internship, articleship, or a relevant qualification such as CA/CMA (or are currently undergoing training under these programs).
