01Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Enforcement : Transform ambiguous requirements into structured, repeatable processes with built-in decision gates. Ensure alignment across engineering, PMO, and client teams to prevent regression and promote scalability. ROI Quantification & Decision-Making : Lead math-driven evaluations of projects, calculating manual effort costs, break-even timelines, potential savings, and economic impact. Stop or redesign initiatives that don't justify ROI, using data to influence stakeholdersincluding senior leaders. Estimation & Capacity Planning : Break down work into precise components (people, hours, steps, costs) for accurate forecasting. Prevent underestimation and premature execution in AI automation projects. Problem Solving & Optimization : Apply DMAIC, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and Lean principles to identify and resolve systemic issues. Reduce process variation and deliver measurable outcomes in real-world AI implementations. Requirements Discovery : Conduct critical questioning to clarify vague client needs upfront, minimizing waste from poorly defined problems. Change Management : Drive adoption of BPA 4.0 standards, handle resistance, and institutionalize best practices organization-wide. Dashboarding & KPI Governance : Design executive dashboards that highlight truthful, impact-focused metrics (no vanity stats) to track project health and ROI. AI/Automation Guidance : Advise on where AI and automation add valuewithout over-reliance on toolsensuring human oversight in stakeholder interactions. Non-Negotiable
02Requirements
Process Engineering & Systems-Level Thinking : Proven ability to convert ambiguity into repeatable, enforceable processes across teams. Designs decision gates, not one-off fixes. ROI-First Decision Making (Math-Driven) : Expertise in quantifying manual effort, costs, break-even points, and economic impact before execution. Will stop or redesign work that doesnt justify ROI. Six Sigma / Lean (Hands-On Experience) : Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt acceptable with proven delivery). Must have real-world experience applying DMAIC, reducing variation, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable business outcomesnot just certification. Experience in IT/AI preferred, but manufacturing backgrounds considered if adaptable. Applied Mathematics & Quantitative Reasoning : Strong command of applied math (algebra, estimation, basic optimization) for daily use in capacity planning, ROI modeling, and KPI validation. Change Management & Process Enforcement : Track record of driving adoption, handling resistance, and preventing regression. Turns BPA 4.0 into a standard, not a suggestion. Effort Estimation & Capacity Modeling : Accurately breaks work into people, hours, steps, and costs. Prevents premature execution and under-estimated delivery. Requirements Discovery & Critical Questioning : Asks the right questions upfront, challenges vague requirements, and ensures clarity before committing resources. Prevents waste from poorly defined problems. Strong Problem-Solving Skills : Uses structured methods (DMAIC, 5 Whys, Pareto) to solve systemic issuesnot just symptoms. AI / Automation Context Awareness : Understands where automation and AI helpand where they dontwithout being tool-obsessed. Preferred Skills (Trainable) Executive Dashboarding & KPI Governance: Ability to design leadership dashboards that reflect truth, not vanity metrics. Experience in AI project environments, with a focus on tying executions to business value. If you believe you are qualified and are looking forward to .
