1-3+ years of experience as a Business/Research Analyst in capital markets.
Strong understanding of capital markets products, structures, and regulatory environments.
Proficient in data analysis
Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) for financial analysis and reporting.
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
