Job Title: Business System Analyst
Candidate Specifications: 6 to 15 years experience - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days
Job Description
Strong expertise in Advanced SQL, Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, ETL, and creating data mapping/documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
Mandatory experience in Healthcare/Payer, Health Insurance, or Managed Care, with knowledge of Claims Processing, Member Data, Enrollment, or Clinical/Pharmacy Data.
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and exposure to BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) or cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Big Query) is preferred.
