Partner with the best As a Business Systems Analyst, you will operate globally, bridging stakeholders and delivery teams to implement solutions. You will offer expert advice, foster collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of business-driven initiatives. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for: Analyzing business problems with stakeholders, recommending scalable solutions to support organizational goal achievement. Facilitating requirement discussions, capturing thorough business and functional needs, and presenting them effectively to stakeholders and teams. Collaborating with developers, architects, managers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions meeting business needs Coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and resolving user issues post go-live Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 4+ years of industry experience, and a Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent work experience Have 3+ years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role for enterprise-class systems Have 3+ years experience writing business and functional requirements Have 2+ years experience with Salesforce CRM platform Demonstrate exceptional business communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders, and internal teams Build your career at Akamai Our ability to shape digital life today relies on developing exceptional people like you.
