Business Systems Analyst - Banking/Financial Services Domain

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services environments. - Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation. - Proven experience in translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. - Proficient in writing and reviewing SQL queries for data validation and analysis. - Experience working with AWS data services such as Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena, and Lambda. - Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data warehousing solutions. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, developers, and business stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
