01Key Responsibilities
- Drive business strategy, growth, and P&L for the Acute & Injectables Hospital Business.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen market share and profitability.
- Lead product lifecycle management, portfolio planning, and new product launches.
- Work closely with the Sales leadership to drive business performance and commercial excellence.
- Build strong engagement with key stakeholders, including KOLs and hospital institutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and execution.
Team Structure:
- Reporting to: AVP - Sales & Marketing
- Direct Reports: Sales & Marketing Team
Ideal Candidate:
- 15-22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership experience in Acute Care and Injectables business.
- Strong exposure to Hospital Business, product strategy, brand management, and commercial execution.
- Demonstrated success in leading large marketing teams and delivering business growth.
- Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
