Business Development Executive (BDE) Company: Sourav Signage Location: Chandigarh / Mohali Job Type: Full-time Salary: 8,00010,000/month + 5%10% commission/incentives Experience: 02 years | Freshers can apply Joining: Immediate Job Responsibilities - Generate new business leads and identify potential clients. - Contact businesses, restaurants, retail stores, offices, builders and corporate clients. - Conduct calls, field visits and client meetings. - Understand client requirements and introduce our signage solutions. - Prepare and follow up on quotations. - Convert leads into confirmed orders. - Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients. - Build strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Coordinate with design, production and installation teams. - Achieve monthly business development and sales targets. Requirements - Good communication and convincing skills. - Confident in speaking with new clients. - Basic computer and smartphone knowledge. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Willing to travel for client meetings and field work. - Own two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory. - Fuel expenses will be provided/reimbursed by the company as per company policy. - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Previous sales/business development experience will be an advantage.
