Experience in Home Loan (HL), Housing Loan (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is preferred. Job Description : Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in the housing finance market, specifically for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving business growth targets and sales goals set by the organization. Loan Processing: Assist clients through the home loan and LAP processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth processing. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the housing finance sector. Networking: Establish and maintain strong ties with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, developers, and other financial institutions. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of local real estate and housing markets. Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
