CAD Fashion Designer Ladies Apparel

Create accurate 2D flat sketches, technical sketches, and garment CADs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Develop designs from given inspirations and references. Research seasonal trends and prepare trend boards and PowerPoint presentations. Create all-over prints, placement prints, repeat patterns, colorways, and graphic artworks. Prepare artwork files for sampling, strike-offs, and production approvals. Conduct market and trend research to support product development. Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical, and Sampling teams. Track samples, strike-offs, and approvals to ensure timely execution. Follow development calendars and stay updated with fabric, print, and fashion trends. Utilize AI design tools to enhance creativity and improve design efficiency. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 35 years of experience in Ladies Apparel/Fashion CAD Design. Strong knowledge of Women's Apparel, including Knits, Wovens, and Fashion Prints. Experience in technical sketches, print development, and artwork creation. Skills &

Expertise in print development, repeat patterns, placement prints, and colorways. Good understanding of garment construction and technical design. Knowledge of fabrics, textile printing processes, and fashion graphics. Strong attention to detail, creativity, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in Women's, Missy, Plus Size, Petite, or Activewear categories is a plus. .
