Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries for UK/International clients.
Resolve customer concerns professionally with empathy and accuracy.
Provide accurate information using company tools and systems.
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering a great customer experience.
Be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts.
Eligibility
Graduates & Undergraduates can apply.
Good English communication skills.
