Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Calling Agent who can communicate confidently with customers in Kannada.
Requirements
Kannada language is mandatory.Minimum 1.5 years of calling/telecalling experience preferred.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Basic computer knowledge.Ability to work with performance targets.Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers.Explain products/services clearly.Follow up with customers and leads.Handle customer queries professionally.Maintain call and customer records.Achieve assigned performance targets.Salary & Incentives
15,000 18,000 per month + attractive incentives based on performance.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
