Role Description
Make outbound calls to businesses across targeted industriesIntroduce Avartana Labs SaaS solutions in a clear, engaging mannerIdentify potential clients and qualify them as leadsMaintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with the sales teamFollow up consistently to nurture warm leadsGather insights from conversations to support sales & marketing strategies
What Were Looking For
Excellent verbal communication skills.Confidence in speaking with business owners & decision-makersBasic understanding of SaaS / tech products (training will be provided)Strong persuasion skills and a positive attitudeAbility to handle objections and build trust quicklySelf-driven and target-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits
As a growing company, we aim to offer fair compensation along with learning and growth opportunities:
Fixed stipend: 5,000 per monthPerformance Incentives: There will be fixed incentive between 2000-5000 on every successfully converted client after base threshold.Incentive percentage depends on deal size and contributionCertificate of Experience upon successful completionOpportunity to gain hands-on exposure in SaaS sales & client communication
