Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with organizational goals.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the UPSC coaching landscape.Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate paid campaigns into overall marketing initiatives.
Campaign Execution:
Manage end-to-end implementation of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and others.Create compelling ad copies, design creatives, and oversee the ad creation process.Monitor and optimize performance campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management:
Effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
Testing and Experimentation:
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine ad strategies and improve performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing paid advertising campaigns.Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, GTM etc.Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Basic understanding of the UPSC examination and the education sector is a plus. .
