Position: Executive Liability (Capital Markets)

Reporting To: Manager Capital Markets
Job Summary
The Executive Liability (Capital Markets) will be responsible for sourcing new funding relationships and driving lender acquisition for the Company. The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, AIFs, family offices, HNIs, and financial intermediaries. The individual will also support the end-to-end execution of fundraising transactions.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Business Development & Lender Acquisition
Identify and onboard new lending partners and investors.Generate funding opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, emails, and meetings.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective lenders.2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, AIFs, Family Offices, HNIs, and Arrangers.Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective lenders.Ensure a high level of engagement with existing funding partners.3. Fundraising Execution
Coordinate the end-to-end process for Term Loans, NCDs, Co-lending, DA/PTC, CPs, and other funding products.Support due diligence, documentation, and disbursement activities.4. Commercial Negotiation
Assist in commercial discussions with lenders.Coordinate execution of NDAs, Mandates, Term Sheets, and financing documents.5. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Finance, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams for timely closure of lender requirements.6. Market Intelligence
Track lender appetite, market trends, and funding opportunities.Maintain and update the lender database and funding pipeline.Key Skills Required
Strong sales and business development skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Relationship management with CXOs and senior banking/NBFC professionals.Confidence in cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and conducting meetings.Understanding of debt products and capital markets (preferred).Strong follow-up and closing skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent.13 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Financial Services Sales, Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Capital Markets.Prior experience in B2B sales or financial institution relationship management will be preferred.Compensation: 600,000.00 - 900,000.00 per year
