Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Management Specialist / Team Lead with strong expertise in Private Equity and Hedge Fund operations, including NAV calculationand international financial processes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
1.7+ years of overall experience in Capital Markets / Fund Operations
2.3-4 years of Team Lead experience on paper with proven team-handling capabilities
3.Hands-on experience in Private Equity Fund and Hedge Fund operations
4. Strong knowledge of NAV Calculation, Fund Accounting & Valuation.
5. Experience handing international processes / global clients
6. Good understanding of capital markets, fund operations and financial reporting
7. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
8. Ability to manage teams, review processes and ensure operational accuracy.
Compensation: 1,000,000.00 - 1,700,000.00 per year
