Under Graduate & Above with Minimum 1 Years and Above with experience In Auto Loans Segment . Role Description Designation: Branch Manager Reporting City Head Location Aligarh , Moradabad , Bareilly Job Description: The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the team of RM to drive Sales, Manage Customer Relationships,ensure Compliance with regulations,and achieve branch targets.

Lead, motivate and develop a team of RM and support them to achieve sales target . Develop and implement Strategies to drive Car Loan Sales growth and expand market Share. Identify new business opportunities,partnerships, and Channels to increase loan portfolio and revenue. Excellent leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills. Education and Work Experience

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field and Prior experience of more than 3 yrs in Car Loan. Role Description Designation: City Head Reporting -Regional Sales Manager Location- Aligarh , Moradabad , Bareilly Job Description: The City Head will be responsible for leading and managing the team of BBM and car loan business operations within a specific city or region. The Primary focus will be on driving Sales ,expanding market presence,building strong customers relationships.
