Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of current accounts, ensuring timely opening and maintenance of accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell banking products to existing customers.
Develop strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor account activity, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns to senior management.
Job Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales or related field.
Strong understanding of saving account products and services offered by the bank.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building. .
