01Overview
Acquire recent Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales and lead generation.
Identify and approach potential customers, including individuals, retailers, SMEs, specialists, and corporate employees.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market visits.
Meet monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to improve account activation and engagement.
Conduct KYC documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
