01Overview
- Acquire recent Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales and lead generation.
- Identify and approach potential customers, including individuals, retailers, SMEs, professionals, and corporate employees.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market visits.
- Meet monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve account activation and engagement.
- Conduct KYC documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
