Cash Payment- Motgage Servicing Platform

Post cash items in MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) including payoffs, payments received in office, and cash reversals. Respond to cash-related queries through internal cash chat from Customer Relations and other internal teams. Review the Cash Management email inbox and respond to requests or queries. Process assigned tasks in MSP such as Corporate Advance Creation, Funds Application, Reversals, and Specialty Payoff Quotes. Review Daily Edit Reject and Reversal Reports and take appropriate action as per process guidelines. Process stop payments on MSP disbursements when required.

16 years of experience in US Mortgage Servicing / Cash Posting / Cash Management. Knowledge of MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) is preferred. Good communication and analytical skills. Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai WFO). Location: Chennai Shift: Night Shift (Work From Office) Experience: 16 Years .
