Executive Position: Catalog Support Executive Department: Catalog / Sales Support Industry: Automobile Spare Parts Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Catalog Support Executive to support our automotive spare parts team in creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product catalog information. The role involves working with part numbers, vehicle applications, product images, technical specifications, OEM references, and supplier data to ensure our catalog is complete and reliable. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, and interested in automobile spare parts and product data management. Key Responsibilities Create and update automobile spare parts catalogs.Verify part numbers, part names, vehicle models, brands, and applications.Collect product information from suppliers, OEM catalogs, and other available sources.Maintain product details in Excel / Google Sheets / internal systems.Organize and rename product images according to part numbers.Identify missing or incorrect catalog information and coordinate for corrections.Cross-check OEM numbers and alternative/reference part numbers.Support the Sales and Purchase teams with accurate product information.Prepare product information for quotations, customer enquiries, and online listings.Maintain proper categorization of parts by vehicle brand, model, year, and system.Assist with bulk product data entry and catalog uploads.Ensure consistency and accuracy across the product database.Preferred Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.Strong internet research and data-entry skills.Good attention to detail and accuracy.Basic understanding of automobile spare parts is preferred.Ability to identify automotive components from descriptions, part numbers, or images will be an advantage.Basic knowledge of Chinese vehicle brands such as Changan, Geely, Chery, Jetour, BYD, GWM/Haval, etc. will be an added advantage.Good written English and communication skills.Ability to handle large volumes of product data systematically.Educational Qualification Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.Candidates with an Automobile / Mechanical background will be preferred.Freshers with strong computer and research skills may also apply.Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented and organizedComfortable working with large Excel sheetsQuick at researching information onlineInterested in automobiles and spare partsAble to learn different automotive brands and parts quicklyResponsible for maintaining accurate product informationKey Performance Areas Catalog Accuracy | Data Completion | Part Number Verification | Product Classification | Image Management | Timely Catalog Updates | Sales Support Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
