Own revenue, profitability and growth across Man-guarding, SITC and ManTechBuild partnerships with OEMs, technology providers and innovation ecosystems Lead companies shift to integrated, technology-enabled security solutions.Build partnerships with OEMs, technology providers and innovation ecosystemsConvert growth ambitions into executable plans, targets and margin improvementDrive go-to-market strategy across target sectors and customer segments.Grow new and existing accounts through acquisition, penetration and cross-sell across offerings.Govern tendering, bid qualification, pricing and commercial decisions.Pursue high-potential opportunities aligned to profitability, execution capability and strategic priorities.Build a high-performing sales and business development organization.Partner with the CEO on growth and transformation objectives.Strengthen relationships with leadership, clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
Total Experience: 18 to 22 years in business leadership, sales, commercial management, business development and/or P&L ownership roles.Preferred Exposure: Experience in technology-enabled or solution-led businesses with strong stakeholder management across CXOs, enterprise clients and strategic partnersExperience in leading teams and managing resources effectively.Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Confidence in managing budgets and financial planning.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
