01Overview
Handle customer calls & provide remote support for CCTV, DVR/NVR & camera issues. Troubleshoot technical problems, coordinate with field engineers, maintain service records, and follow up with customers until resolution. Diploma/ITI/B.Tech preferred.
Required Candidate profile
Diploma/ITI/B.Tech preferred.
12 years of experience preferred. .
