The current team supports Trade Management processes. The team will have resources in all locations. You will be part of the Core IT Management team, reporting to the Head of Core IT. Working in a dynamic team where hands-on leadership is expected, the role requires working closely with our global teams. Structured, clear communicators with the ability to problem solve are a good fit for this role.Your expertiseA senior IT leader with experience in leading teams that develop and support software for financial companies, particularly asset managementA demonstrated capability in delivering teams that are strong engineers, but capable of good communication and collaboration with business staffA track record of strong communication with senior IT management, senior business management and staff Experience of planning and execution of work for teams of up to 50 staff Agile/DevOps experiencepreferably experience of trade management (matching/settlement) operationspreferably experience in dealing with an mixed build/buy environmentAbout us UBS is the worlds largest and only truly global wealth manager.
