As we prepare for our launch, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Center Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our clinic. POSITON SUMMARY The Center Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, operational efficiency, financial performance, patient satisfaction, and business growth of the clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, healthcare operations expertise, and excellent people management skills. This is a leadership role requiring a hands-on professional capable of building a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with Apollo standards and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee the daily functioning of the clinic and ensure smooth operations across all departments. Ensure exceptional patient experience with minimal waiting time and efficient patient flow. Monitor OPD scheduling, diagnostics, pharmacy coordination, and support services. Implement and maintain Apollo Clinic operational standards and SOPs. Team Leadership Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate administrative and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Coordinate effectively with consultants, medical officers, nursing staff, technicians, and corporate teams. Business Development Drive patient footfall and revenue growth through local outreach and marketing initiatives. Build relationships with corporates, TPAs, insurance providers, educational institutions, and community organizations. Identify opportunities to expand healthcare services and improve business performance. Financial & Commercial Management Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and operational costs. Achieve monthly operational and financial targets. Prepare periodic MIS reports and business performance analyses. Optimize resource utilization while maintaining service quality. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, NABH (where applicable), and Apollo operational guidelines. Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, infection control, and documentation. Ensure proper handling of patient grievances and timely resolution. Patient Experience Develop initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and retention. Monitor feedback, online reviews, and service quality indicators. Promote a culture of empathy, professionalism, and service excellence. Vendor & Facility Management Manage vendor relationships and service contracts. Ensure uninterrupted availability of medical and non-medical supplies. Coordinate facility maintenance and asset management. Desired Candidate Profile Education MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Operations Management Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience 510 years of experience in hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, or healthcare operations. Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role preferred. Experience with multi-specialty clinics or corporate healthcare organizations will be an advantage.
