01Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure seamless patient services.Monitor patient registrations, appointments, therapy sessions, and billing processes. Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence. Manage overall facility administration, housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Ensure uninterrupted availability of operational supplies.Maintain administrative records and statutory documents. Supervise front office, housekeeping, support staff. Monitor daily revenue. Ensure accurate billing and collection processes. Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation. Resolve patient complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor patient feedback and implement service improvement initiatives. Ensure high standards of Patient service. Coordination with therapists, HR, Finance, IT, and other support departments for smooth operations.
