01Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits for retail asset / retail lending products as per risk-based audit plans
- Perform independent assessments, identify risks, mitigants, and process gaps
- Review pre- and post-disbursement documentation, controls, and monitoring mechanisms
- Assess Early Warning Signals (EWS) and their effectiveness
- Review adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI / NHB)
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare Business Understanding Documents and Audit Checklists
- Review team work, discuss audit findings, and ensure closure with auditees
- Prepare audit reports with proper documentation and follow-up actions
- Handle special audits / investigations as requested by senior management, audit committee, or regulators

- Retail Business Head, Credit Underwriting Head, Risk Head, Collections Head, Operations Head, BIU Head
External:
- Regulators, Statutory Auditors
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
- Non-CA / Semi-qualified CA candidates please do NOT apply
Experience:
- 3+ years in Internal Audit / Risk Management
- Exposure to NBFC / HFC / Banking environment or reputed audit firms
- Strong understanding of Companies Act, RBI / NHB regulations
- Preferred candidates with Retail Asset Internal Audit experience, including central & branch audits
