Key Responsibilities
Design innovative ceramic wall and floor tile collections.Develop concepts, patterns, textures, and color palettes based on market trends.Create digital artworks and production-ready files for ceramic tile printing.Work with glaze, ink, and surface development teams to achieve the desired visual effects.Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.Develop new surface finishes such as matte, glossy, rustic, carving, sugar, stone, and decorative effects.Conduct design trials and evaluate production samples.Maintain consistency in design quality, color accuracy, and repeat patterns.Research global design trends, architecture, interior design, fashion, and natural materials for inspiration.Support marketing by preparing design presentations, catalogs, and promotional materials.Continuously improve existing products and contribute innovative ideas for new collections.Technical Skills
