7-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.
Strong understanding of EIB (Enterprise Information Bus) architecture and its integration with other systems using Core Connector or other adapters like SAP SuccessFactors etc. .
Experience working on at least two full-cycle implementations of Workday HCM modules including setup configuration testing data migration reporting testing documentation support production support.
Must have the Licensed Certification from Workday
