Job Description

Overview

As a Change Management Project Manager at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in leading the day-to-day oversight of the dbTPRM platform, engaging with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and execution of change management deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, such as scope definition, business case creation, communication strategies, training plans, and adoption monitoring. - Collaborating with TPM Operations and stakeholders to gather requirements, design feasible solutions, and ensure operational readiness for platform enhancements. - Conducting impact assessments across the broader IT landscape, analysing business requirements, and identifying dependencies and risks. - Partnering with TPM Operations to design and implement target-state business processes aligned with dbTPRM platform capabilities. - Working closely with the dbTPRM Product Manager and IT teams to test new functionality before production deployment. - Planning and coordinating user readiness activities, including reporting enablement and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications and Experience required: - Essential Skills: - 12+ years in financial services, with the last 23 years in risk or program delivery roles. - Strong understanding of Third Party Risk Management frameworks, processes, and regulatory expectations. - Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex issues, perform impact analysis, and develop actionable solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations across all levels of the organization. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. - Familiarity with Coupa Risk Assess or similar third-party risk platforms is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced delivery environment. - Preferred Experience: - Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis is preferred. - Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint). - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Agile mindset with the capacity to thrive in a quick-paced, changing environment.
