Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process in accordance with ITIL best practices.
Review, assess, approve, and coordinate Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
Conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
Perform risk and impact assessments before implementing changes.
Coordinate with Incident, Problem, Release, and Operations teams to ensure smooth change execution.
Monitor change implementation, validate successful completion, and ensure proper documentation.
Analyze failed or unauthorized changes and drive corrective actions.
Track and report Change Management KPIs, SLA compliance, and change success rates.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational governance, audit, and security standards.
