What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver change strategies for transformation programs, with a focus on people experience and adoption.
- Execute change activities across workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption support.
- Translate program objectives into explicit, actionable change plans that align to business priorities.
- Develop and deliver people engagement and training materials and sessions that build capability across impacted teams.
- Develop and deliver project communications plans that are clear, concise, and aligned to corporate affairs standards.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact adoption, and escalate appropriately with recommended mitigations.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and recommendations for senior leaders and sponsors to support informed decision-making.
