Channel Sales Manager - Financial Institutions Business Development Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and direct sales activities. Generate business across General Insurance and Health Insurance products. Identify customer insurance needs and propose appropriate risk solutions. Achieve monthly and annual premium targets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Insurance Advisory Analyze client risk exposure and recommend suitable insurance coverage. Compare products from multiple insurers and provide the best solutions. Assist clients in policy selection, renewal, and endorsement activities. Policy Placement & Servicing Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, underwriting approvals, and policy issuance. Ensure timely policy documentation and renewal follow-ups. Support clients during claim intimation and settlement processes. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Prepare MIS and business reports as required. Experience Level Mid Level .
