Role: Channel Sales Manager

Eligibility Criteria:

- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Graduation Mandatory
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Affordable Home Loan, Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch sales for Home Loan & LAP products.
- Source business through DSA, DST, connectors, builders, and open market.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
- Ensure quality sourcing, documentation, and timely loan disbursements.
- Achieve monthly branch sales and disbursement targets.

Preferred Candidate:

- Strong leadership and sales skills.
- Good communication and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
