Job Summary:
We are looking for a Charge Posting Executive with experience in US Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will be responsible for accurate charge entry, reviewing medical billing information, and ensuring charges are correctly posted into the billing system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate charge entry/charge posting for US healthcare clients.
• Review patient and medical service information before posting charges.
• Work with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes and modifiers.
• Analyze charges received through documents, electronic files, or billing systems.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Identify and correct charge discrepancies.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity as per process requirements.
• Follow HIPAA, quality, SLA and TAT guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
