Chartered Accountant (Audit to Investment Banking/IPO) (Delhi)

Associate Investment Banking/IPO We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably in Statutory Audit, to join our Investment Banking team. The role would involve active participation in transaction execution including financial due diligence, financial analysis, preparation of financial models, valuation support, drafting of financial sections of DRHP, and preparation of investor and transaction-related materials. Work Responsibilities - Execution of financial due diligence assignments including analysis of historical financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital assessment, cash flow analysis, and identification of key financial risk areas. - Review and analysis of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS framework along with assessment of accounting treatments and financial disclosures. - Drafting and review of financial sections and analytical chapters of Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). - Preparation of integrated financial models, business projections, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis. - Preparation of investor presentations, pitch books, information memorandums, and management discussion materials. - Conducting industry research, peer benchmarking, and market analysis for transaction support. - Assisting in valuation assignments using methodologies such as DCF, Comparable Companies Analysis, and Precedent Transaction Analysis. - Coordination with clients, auditors, and other intermediaries during transaction execution. Desired Skills & Attributes - Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 1 year of PQE. - Preferably from a Statutory Audit background. - Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, corporate finance, and valuation principles. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Prior exposure to financial due diligence, audit assignments, or transaction advisory would be preferred.
