Paywint is a US-based fintech company working with customers in the US market. We are looking for an enthusiastic Chat & Cold Calling Executive to join our night-shift team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer conversations through chat and voice calls.
- Communicate with US customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Make cold calls to potential customers and explain our services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
- Identify and solve basic customer issues or coordinate with the senior team member when required.
- Maintain proper communication and follow up with customers when needed.
- Work closely with the senior team member and other team members to achieve daily goals.
- Support the team in a fast-paced startup work environment.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with both voice calls and chat support.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Enthusiastic, responsible and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support coworkers.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Compensation: From 312,000.00 per year
