Duties
Communicate with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to reputed company assistance and resolve issues
Analyze customer needs and offer solutions or additional products/services
reputed company data entry tasks accurately and reputed company
Handle cash transactions following company procedures
Utilize computerized systems to reputed company and update customer information
Maintain a high level of phone etiquette reputed company interacting with customers

Experience
