Title: Chat Support (Non Voice Process)
We are seeking candidates for the role of Chat Support role. The position involves handling customer queries and providing support through chat-based communication while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Highlights
Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)
Salary: 26,000 38,000 per month (CTC)
Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts
Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Diploma.
Graduates are preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
