Role: Chat Support Executive (UK Process)
Location: Noida, Sector 144
Process: International Chat Process (UK)
Shift: Rotational UK Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: Rotational Offs
Transportation: Both-Way Cab Facility
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries efficiently through chat support.
* Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to quality and process guidelines.
* Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism.
* Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.
* Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
* Achieve individual KPIs including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Process (Mandatory).
* Excellent written English communication skills with solid grammar and typing speed.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
* Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working in rotational UK shifts.
* Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
* Graduation preferred (as per company policy).
