Role Description This full-time, on-site Chat Support Executive role is based in Ahmedabad.
The Chat Support
Executive will handle real-time text-based communication with customers, respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within defined timelines. The role includes managing multiple chat conversations, maintaining records of interactions, and escalating complex queries to senior team members when needed.
Responsibilities also involve coordinating with internal teams, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining a professional tone and high-quality customer experience in every interaction. The position requires consistent attendance, adherence to schedules, and a strong focus on service efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written English and the ability to respond promptly and professionally in chat.
Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage records, update systems, and organize information accurately.
Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, including handling escalations and supporting senior team members with organized documentation.
Candidates should possess proper Phone Etiquette for occasional call-based support, maintaining a courteous and service-oriented approach.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in customer support (6 months to 2 years), familiarity with CRM or chat support tools, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work in shifts if required. .
