Chat Support Executive - Fresher

1. Handle customer queries and requests through chat support. 2. Manage and monitor orders, including order-related queries, updates, and issues. 3. Coordinate closely with the operations team to resolve customer and order-related concerns. 4. Follow up with the relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved within the expected turnaround time. 5. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. 6. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and order-related issues. 7. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. 8. Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and courteous communication. 9. Follow defined processes, SOPs, and service-level standards. 10. Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the concerned teams for improvement. Skill(s) required Coordination Customer Support Order Management Problem Solving Earn certifications in these skills Other requirements 1. 02 years of experience in chat support, customer support, order management, or a similar role. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities. 4. Ability to handle multiple chats and orders simultaneously. 5. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 7. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with support/order management tools. 8.
