Chief Finance Officer

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), your role will involve overseeing the fiscal health of the organization, managing financial systems and controls, and collaborating with the CEO on financial strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing financial strategies, creating budgets, and forecasting financial performance under Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). - Managing daily financial activities, including accounting, cash flow, and treasury management as part of Financial Operations. - Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements, and compliance with financial regulations in Reporting & Compliance. - Working with the CEO to set financial goals, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic decisions regarding investments and funding in Strategic Leadership. - Identifying and managing financial risks, and ensuring the organization's financial stability through Risk Management. - Building and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team in Team Leadership. - Maintaining strong relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders, and presenting financial information to the board of directors under Stakeholder Relations. Qualifications required for this role include: - A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. - A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is often preferred. - Extensive experience in accounting and senior financial management. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills for analyzing data and making sound financial decisions. - Technical proficiency in financial software and accounting principles such as GAAP. The salary range for this position is 41,799.08 - 153,885.22 per month.
