Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, compliance, risk management, MIS, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts functionDevelop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectivesPrepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plansOversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund managementEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting and MISMonitor P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key financial KPIsEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, and statutory requirementsManage internal and statutory audits; coordinate with auditorsEstablish strong financial controls, processes, and risk management systemsProvide financial insights to support business decisions and strategyManage banking relationships, loans, investments, and financial arrangementsIdentify cost optimization opportunities and improve profitabilityLead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts teamCollaborate closely with CEO, MD, and business headsEnsure adherence to accounting standards and company policiesCandidate Profile
Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalentExperience: 15+ years in finance, with leadership role experienceStrong expertise in financial planning, accounting, taxation, audit, and complianceExcellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience handling large teams and complex financial operationsProficiency in ERP systems and MS ExcelKey Competencies
