Petrocon is looking for an experienced finance leader to strengthen our financial strategy, governance, and global operations.

This is an opportunity to take on a key leadership role in a growing global engineering organization and contribute directly to its financial strategy, expansion, and long-term growth.
Role details:
Experience: 5+ years as a CFO
Location: Hyderabad / Mangalore
Qualification: CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent
Key responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Manage international transactions, Forex and cross-border payments
Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking and financial risks
Ensure taxation, statutory, audit and regulatory compliance
Present MIS reports and strategic insights to senior management
Develop financial strategies that support growth and profitability
Candidates with experience in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Power or Energy industries will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of FP&A, international finance, taxation, audits, internal controls and ERP systems is essential.
